Shipping and Payment
Cunga Design ships worldwide.
Delivery will normally follow within 1-5 weeks after purchase on all items on stock.
Regarding products not in stock at time of order, you will be informed of expected time of delivery. Made-to-order based manufacturing means the production of the product starts after the purchase. Cunga Design will inform you with the approximate delivery time after receiving the order. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch.
The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Cunga Design handles delivery, through local shipping forwarders. Delivery is to the customer-indicated delivery address.
All purchases will be added a delivery charge depending on product and order size. The delivery charge will be indicated during check-out.
Unable to Deliver
If your courier is unable to deliver your order, it will be either kept at a depot for collection with the delivery service as per their terms and conditions or returned to us. If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve the package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as additional import fees, duties or taxes that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to Cunga Design. The amount may be deducted from a refund. Should the return fees exceed the amount of your order, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a refund.
All applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes on International orders may apply as stated by the respective country of the customer and are their sole responsibility. Customs authorities require the value of the order stated directly on the package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release the package.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note we do not accept returns without prior written content and a completed explanation for the cause of return.
All products must always be returned in proper protective packaging and please make sure to get a receipt for shipment, so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Products returned to Cunga Design, must be accompanied by a receipt / invoice which shows the time of purchase. If receipt / invoice do not follow the product, the complaint will not be processed when it is delivered, and the claim therefore rejected.
Any purchase can be returned within the first 14 days for refund or exchange, as long as the item is in unused and undamaged condition.
You are responsible for making sure your unwanted item gets back to us safely. Return your ordered items within 14 days following the original shipment date of your order and you are eligible for exchange or a refund of the items.
Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us as soon as is deemed reasonable, usually within 48 hours of delivery. It is the responsibility of the receipient to check for any damage sustained to the goods during transit. You must report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault/damage. If the fault is deemed a manufacturers fault or to have occurred during the manufacturing process, then we will replace the faulty item or part FOC. In all instances we will request photographic evidence to be supplied of the damaged of faulty good.
All our stock is of a high quality and with correct use shall not experience any problems other than eventually suffering from general wear and tear. A consumer has no rights in respect of defects that are bought to his/her attention before the sale. A consumer cannot claim for damage he/she causes either by neglect or misuse.

Currently you can pay by PayPal. Paypal is probably the easiest, fastest and most secure money transfer the internet has to offer. It enables payments with just a few clicks. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including PayPal Balance, bank account, credit card, PayPal Credit, and debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). So if you have a PayPal account connected to it, you can technically pay by with your credit card by these stated providers. The best thing is, you can pay with your credit or debit card even without having a PayPal account.
